Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Buyer pays return shipping costs
- Items must arrive in sellable condition

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Natural Variations
Due to the nature of mineral specimens, natural variations and unique characteristics are normal. Size and weight are approximate. Color may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We do our best to accurately represent each piece with detailed photos and descriptions.

Damage or Loss During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or full refund.
